Is there a free trial?: Yes — the Free plan gives you 2 certificates to run through JDM55 with no card required, so you can see the filled V55/5 before you commit to anything.
Why subscription instead of pay-per-form?: If you're only registering one or two vehicles a year, pay-as-you-go makes more sense — no commitment, £9 a certificate. If you're doing this every week, a subscription works out cheaper per certificate and you're not re-entering payment details every time.
What counts as one certificate?: One uploaded MLIT export certificate processed into a V55/5 = one certificate against your allowance, regardless of how many times you re-export the same vehicle's form.
Can I change plans?: Get in touch and we'll move your account to a different plan — takes effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens if I go over my limit?: Uploads pause once you hit your plan's monthly allowance until the next billing cycle, or you can move up a plan to keep going right away.
